FAQ

Question: What does God's Storehouse do?

Answer: God's Storehouse's goal is to "work together to help those in need". In order to do this we collect a variety of items from a number of individuals, businesses, and other ministries and match those items with the needs of other ministry or individuals in the community and, as we continue to grow, nationally.

Question: How can I help?

Answer: We sort weekly on Mondays thru Fridays from 9am to 12pm at The Storage Center on Lawrence Street in Alamogordo, NM. Look for us in unit #1, by the office. We are also looking for individuals to help with pick-ups and deliveries, and of donations. Donations of physical items, labor, or financial are always welcome.

Question: What items can I donate?

Answer: We take anything that is usable or repairable, and cleanliness is always a plus. For example, we accept appliances, furniture, clothing, and even vehicles. Remember, if you can use it, someone else can use it. If there are any questions, please contact us and we can give you a more definite answer.

Question: Are you looking for anything in particular?

Answer: We are currently on the look out for donated warehouse space of at least 7,000 square feet in Alamogordo, New Mexico so that we can better our services. Also, a delivery truck would help out greatly. Skilled laborers such as mechanics, electronic technicians, or appliance repair persons can always be put to good use. We are also in need of an administrative assistant to help with record keeping and such.
